Centered Riding® Programme

The Centered Riding® Programme is a body-awareness-oriented equestrian holiday created for riders who want to refine their seat, coordination, and subtle communication with the horse. Over seven nights, guests participate in structured training sessions combining mounted work, balance exercises, and off-horse movement practice, totalling approximately nine hours of guided instruction.

The calm and reflective atmosphere encourages relaxation, breathing awareness, and efficient movement, leading to smoother and more harmonious riding. Full board accommodation and access to leisure facilities complete this restorative learning experience in the Mallorcan countryside.
