Bodega Cerrón El Tiempo Que Nos Une is a single varietal Monastrell from organically farmed vineyards that encompass biodynamic practices. The southern location of the La Muela vineyard and the altitude allow the fruit to be more immediate and express itself earlier during the short aging phase. This is one of the first wines that is drunk just after the harvest, creating moments of family togetherness, hence the chosen name.
