About this listing
The Albariño grapes for this Albamar Magnum of wine come from a single plot called O Sebal. The wine is named O Sebal, after the algae where seahorses hide (hence the seahorse on the label as well), which are currently in danger of extinction. This white wine has a developed personality in the nose where the notes of sea, apple, seaweed and granitic soil predominate. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Palate: In the mouth, it is marked by a slight acidity and a citrus touch. This is a very tasty wine with a long finish. Pairing: It is great with grilled or cooked seafood, steamed molluscs (clams, cockles, razors) and Galician octopus.
