Albamar Ancestral is the new sparkling wine created by Xurxo Alba. It is made using the Ancestral method and uses 100% Albariño grapes from the Salnés subzone in Rías Baixas. Albamar is a family winery that began its journey approximately 25 years ago. In 2006, one of the family's sons, Xurxo Alba Padín, took over the reins of the winery, dedicating his life to winemaking. From this moment on, the business was renamed Bodegas Albamar, which is a fusion of the family's surname and the proximity of its vineyards to the sea, within the Rías Baixas DO. This Ancestral white wine has very fine, well-integrated bubbles, and it is very fresh to taste. Production of 4,000 bottles.
