About this listing
Albamar Albino Caiño Tinto Magnum is made in the same way as white wine. A Blanc de Noir. It is short-pressed and fermented in 500L barrels, where it stays for 12 months. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Palate: In the mouth, this wine has charming rusticity, with a marked character. It is a wine that is very different but with a good structure. A vibrant wine that is long in the mouth thanks to its tense acidity. Pairing: Perfect with a good Galician stew, bean dishes, red meats, stews and cured cheeses. It also pairs very well with blue fish, white meat and Iberian Acorn Ham.
