It is only made when the harvest is exceptional. The deep roots of these vines of more than 58 years give the wine the characteristic terroir of the Santa Maria del Camí vineyards. Here's a taste of what to expect from this wine:Appearance: 40 Braces Tinto is a picota cherry red colour with a garnet rim. Aromas: The aromas recall notes of ripe red and black fruit, cocoa, liquorice, and toasted aromas from a new oak barrel. Palate: To taste it is very fine and complex, with a suggestive and broad entry into the mouth. This wine is powerful, expressive and long.Pairing: This is an ideal red wine to enjoy with grilled meats, game meats, delicate stews, cured cheeses, and Iberian ham.
