Rayos y Truenos L'Enfant (a collaboration with Vinos Selectos & Cia) is a young white wine with a straw yellow colour and greenish reflections. It is also very clear and bright. The vineyards are owned and controlled by the family and are located in La Seca. The plantations are bush vines and they range in age from 35 to 55 years. The wine has been aged for 9 months 'sur lies'. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Palate: This is a dry, tasty and balanced white wine. It has certain acidic touches that are typical of the Verdejo grape, but it is also rounded and has volume. Its natural acidity supports a long, elegant finish.Pairing: It pairs well with rice dishes, white meat and fish.
