Pam de Nas by Trossos del Priorat has been aged for 12 months in 225 litre French oak casks (50% new, 50% of a year old), followed by a further 12 months ageing in bottle. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Appearance: This wine has a deep crimson red colour. Aromas: It has a very complex nose, with prevailing notes of ripe black and red fruit and hints of ripe citrus, such as orange. With time, very fresh menthol and mineral notes appear. Palate: In the mouth this red wine is rich and intense, with a ripeness at the beginning but becoming fresh and mineral afterwards. The tannins are rich, bold and meaty.
