Son Puig Blanc is made with chardonnay grapes that have been fermented in French oak barrels for six months. Afterwards, these grapes are blended with the Prensal and Sauvignon Blanc. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Appearance: Son Puig Blanc is bright yellow with golden reflections. Aromas: On the nose, it is intense, with aromas of grapefruit, honey and toast from the barrel ageing. Palate: This is a dry white wine with body to it. It is also rich, tasty and harmonious. Toasted aromas can be felt in the finish, due to the ageing in barrels.Pairing: This is an ideal wine to pair with seafood, cheeses, fondue, raclette, poultry and curries.
