The Son Juliana Pack Tintos includes two red wines, one of which is 100% Syrah, and the Cuvée #2 is a blend of Cabernet Sauvingon and Merlot Cuvée #2 - The Cabernet and Merlot grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. They then went through a soft destem and pressing process, with a short time of cold maceration. Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. This red wine has been barrel aged in French oak.Cuvée #2 has aromas of plum and pepper, as well as toasted notes and a toffee flavour.It is long in the mouth, with a balanced structure and a lot of body. Syrah - Son Juliana Syrah is a bold, full-bodied red wine. The grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes.
