Mantonegro Blanc - Son Juliana Mantonegro Blanc is a dry white wine that is made from an indigenous grape in Mallorca. This wine has been aged in stainless steel. The Mantonegro grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. Soft destemming and pressing followed, without any cold maceration time. Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks.The Mantonegro Blanc is a white wine made from red grapes. It has intense notes of grass and sage. On the palate, it is fine, with a very pleasant structure. Mantonegro Tinto - Son Juliana Mantonegro Tinto is a fruity red wine with smooth tannins and a cherry aroma. The Mantonegro grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. Soft destemming and pressing followed, with a short time of cold maceration.
