The Son Juliana Pack Blancos includes a 100% Chardonnay and Cuvée #1, which is a blend of different grapes. Cuvée #1 - Son Juliana Cuvée #1 is a dry white wine with a blend of grapes. It has been aged in stainless steel. The Giró Ros, Prensal, Chardonnay and Moscatel grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. Soft destemming and pressing followed, without any cold maceration time. Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in the stainless steel tanks.Cuvée #1 is a fruity wine with fine aromas of citrus and acacia flowers. It is light and fresh to taste. Chardonnay - Son Juliana Chardonnay is also a dry white wine. It has been aged in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak barrels for 9 months. The Chardonnay grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg boxes. Soft destemming and pressing followed, without any cold maceration time. Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks.It is an elegant Chardonnay with a good structure and well-integrated wood notes. The wine recalls the aromas of citrus and peach. In the mouth, toasted flavours appear, and the honey taste balances well with the fruit. We also offer a gift wrap service.
