Son Juliana Mantonegro Tinto

Son Juliana Mantonegro Tinto is made with 100% of the local grape. The Mantonegro grapes were manually harvested in 6 kg buckets.  They were then soft destemmed and pressed, with a short time of cold maceration.  Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Aromas & Palate: This Mantonegro Tinto is a fruity red wine with smooth tannins and a cherry aroma.
