Son Juliana Mantonegro Blanc is a dry white wine that has been aged in stainless steel. The grapes were carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg buckets, followed by a soft destemming and pressing, without cold maceration time. Fermentation occurred at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in the stainless steel tanks. This white wine is a little more unusual as it has been made from red grapes. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Aromas & Palate: It has intense notes of grass and sage and on the palate, it is fine, with a very pleasant structure.
