Son Juliana Cuvée #3 Rosado is a dry rosé wine. The grapes were harvested by hand in 6kg buckets and then carefully selected for the wine. A soft destemming and pressing took place, with a short time of cold maceration. Fermentation was at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. This wine was then left to age in the stainless steel tanks. This is an elegant rosé wine, made in the Provencal style, with a greater proportion of Mallorcan grapes giving it a unique quality and personality. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine: Aromas: Fine notes of lavender can also be detected, adding to the stylistic interpretation of a Provencal wine.
