Son Juliana Chardonnay is a crisp and dry white wine. The Chardonnay grapes are carefully selected and manually harvested in 6kg buckets, followed by soft destemming and pressing without cold maceration time. The fermentation process is carried out at a controlled temperature of 16ºC in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged for nine months in 50% stainless steel and 50% French oak. The aroma carries a hint of citrus and peach, which is further echoed on the palate.Palate: The toasted flavours add an extra layer of sophistication, while the honey taste balances well with the fruit notes.
