Selva Vins is the personal project of veteran Mallorcan winemaker Carlos Rodriguez Furthmann. His small winery is located in the Sierra Norte region of Mallorca. His artisan wines are created with minimal manipulation, and he uses indigenous grape varieties whenever possible. Carlos uses a native Mallorcan grape variety to create this Rosado Gorgollassa. The Gorgollassa grapes come from a vineyard in Pollensa. Nothing is added to the wine apart from a low dose of sulphites. The wine is not clarified or filtered. Production: 1050 bottles.
