Sebastià Pastor's Llampant is a Brut Nature sparkling wine that has been made with the grape varieties Prensal Blanc (80%) and Chardonnay (20%). The grapes were harvested by hand during the last week of August. The cuvée is made from free-run juice, decanted by gravity.Fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Afterwards, it remained with its lees for a minimum of three months before pressing.A second fermentation took place in the bottle at a temperature of 10ºC, allowing for a slow fermentation and the creation of fine bubbles.After about 12 months in the bottle, the wine was disgorged without the use of expedition liqueur. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Appearance: This sparkling wine has a pale yellow colour with greenish reflections. There are also visible elegant fine bubbles.Aromas: The aromas of apples and pears are reminiscent of the grape varietals used in this wine. Notes of pastry can also be detected.Palate: It is very pleasant, with balanced acidity. Its long persistence and volume stand out.Serving Temperature: The recommended serving temperature for this wine is between 6 and 8ºC.
