Brodat by Sebastià Pastor is a red wine made from the grape varieties Mantonegro and Syrah.Elegance, style and a silky touch define this red wine. The grapes were harvested by hand, selecting the best grapes from the winery's vineyards.Maceration was carried out for 15 days, followed by fermentation at a controlled temperature (28ºC), allowing all of its aromas and characteristics to be preserved. Once fermentation was completed, the wine was aged in a selection of French, Hungarian and American oak barrels for a total of 12 months. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Appearance: Brodat has a lovely cherry red colour of medium-high intensity.Aromas: It has very complex aromas that are reminiscent of ripe red fruits, spices, liquorice, vanilla and coconut.Palate: This is a pleasant, full-bodied wine, with a long persistence in the mouth.Pairing: Ideal for enjoying alone or with others, especially during hot summer days.
