MIX TINTO is a characterful red wine crafted from a selection of vineyards in Bierzo and Ribeiro, where indigenous grape varieties are grown on diverse soils - ranging from sábrego and decomposed granite to alluvial stones.Each parcel contributes its own unique expression, blended to reflect the authentic identity of these historic wine regions. WINE MAKINGHand-harvested and cluster-selected in the vineyard, then fermented with indigenous yeasts in 1000L tanks.Blended and aged for 11 months in very old French oak barrels after malolactic fermentation.
