Maisulan Txabola is a biodynamic, garnet coloured, red wine from Rioja Alavesa. Maisulan focus on rational viticulture and minimum intervention in the vineyard. The grapes are manually harvested and then destemmed and fermented at a maximum of 25ºC. Yeasts come from the grape skins and maceration occurs for 18 days. The wine is left to age in 100% French oak barrels, second use, for 16 months.
