El Yesal is the name of a place that is also the name of this LMT Wine. The vineyards are cultivated without any chemicals, herbicides or soil tillage. Vinification is done without any additives. There has been a small amount of ageing in used Navarro and French oak barrels (for 7 months). This red wine has not been clarified or filtered and only uses a minimum amount of sulphur to preserve the wine. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Aromas: El Yesal has floral notes (violets), fruit notes (raspberry, cherry) and resin notes. Palate: In the mouth, it is a very fine and elegant wine. There is a tension in the wine that agitates and refreshes the mouth.
