Grumer (Medusa in Mallorquin) by Cas Quitxero is an orange (Brisat) wine that is crafted from 100% Premsal blanc (or Moll) grapes sourced from a vineyard in Santa Maria del Camí. The grapes were crushed and then put into a vat, with some grapes remaining in whole clusters along with their stems. Fermentation with the skins, lasted approximately six weeks. After fermentation, the wine was aged for two months in chestnut barrels. This wine is both easy to enjoy and brimming with character. TASTING NOTESColour: This wine displays a medium-intensity orange hue.Aromas: Its intense aromas evoke hints of stone fruit, the sea, dried fruits, and dried herbs.Palate: To taste, Grumer is intense with a medium body, offering freshness, fruitiness, and a slight touch of bitterness in the finish.
