Bodega Nave Rover Tinto is a cherry red wine, with bright purple tints. The Syrah grapes are manually harvested from the bodega's vineyards and carefully selected.Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 24º-26º in stainless tanks for approximately 21 days. This red wine has been aged for 12 months in new oak barrels (a combination of American, French and Bulgarian). Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Aromas: This wine has notes of spices, blackberries, pepper, and fruit aromas. Palate: To taste, it is elegant, with a soft tannin structure. In the mouth, you are left with notes of berries, lactose and a subtle smokiness.Pairing: Pair this wine with cured meats, all types of cooked meats and pasta dishes. It also pairs well with chocolate. 3800 bottles of this red wine have been produced.
