Bodega Nave Rover N1 Tinto is an elegant Crianza picota-cherry coloured red wine blend, with subtle aromas of berries and black pepper. The Syrah grapes and Manto Negro grapes (local varietal) were manually harvested from the property-owned vineyard. After a careful selection of the grapes by the Bodega, they were pressed at a low pressure to preserve the primary aromas of the fresh, red fruit. Fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 13º-14ºC for 30 days. There has been very little intervention throughout the winemaking process. This wine has been aged for 12 months in oak barrels, followed by a further 12 months in bottle. 1500 bottles of this wine have been produced. Here's a taste of what you can expect from this wine:Aromas: Nave Rover's N1 Tinto has aromas of black fruit, candied fruit, and mountain herbs. It also has toasted and tobacco notes related to the ageing in the barrel.Palate: To taste, it is creamy, structured and flavoursome.
