Au Idò is a classic version of a Vermouth with Mallorcan characteristics.It is crafted from the indigenous Premsal grape harvested from the vineyards of 7103 Petit Celler. The grapes undergo months of maceration with a selection of 19 botanicals selected by La Vermutera. WINEMAKINGThis white vermouth is made from Premsal Blanc grapes grown in 7103 Petit Celler's vineyards.Following the first winter, the vermouth is enriched with the white vermouth herbal mix.The vermouth base is then allowed to rest and mature for several months before being bottled. TASTING NOTESColour: An intense, light straw yellow colour.Aromas: Aromatic and pleasing, featuring notes of sweet herbs like Star Anise, Marialuisa, Quina, and Angelica. The vermouth strikes a delicate balance between complexity and harmony.Palate: Elegant and velvety on the palate, with a touch of sweetness and perceived bitterness.
